Buttery baby spinach

150g baby spinach, cut into slivers
1-2 tsp butter
salt & pepper

Heat butter in a pan over medium low heat until foamy. When foam dies down,
add the spinach. Cook, stirring, for 2-3 minutes, just until tender. Add
salt and pepper to taste.

1-2 Servings (500g spinach = 3 tbs butter)
